ICM Namibia – Fruit of the BSIB program becoming soul winners!

Every Wednesday, Pastor Pooshani from ICM Namibia leads a dedicated hospital ministry at the State Hospital in Swakopmund. Alongside her, a compassionate team including Sister Dora and Sister Wally faithfully ministers to the patients, showing them care, love, and the Word of God. Through heartfelt prayers and intercession, they bring comfort and hope to those in need, embodying the biblical command to “love your neighbor as yourself.”
The impact of this ministry extends beyond the immediate encouragement it provides to the patients. It also serves as an essential training for Sister Dora and Sister Wally, who have successfully completed Module 1 of the BSIB program. This foundational teaching has not only strengthened their understanding of God’s love but has also equipped them for mission work. As they step forward in faith, they have overcome fear and gained the boldness to share the Gospel courageously.
Through their training, they have learned what it means to be true winners for God—soul-winners who are privileged to bring others into a relationship with Christ. They recognize their calling as ambassadors for Christ, representing Him in their daily lives. This journey of spiritual growth also involves character and lifestyle training, shaping them into devoted followers of Jesus who lead by example. Their willingness to obey God’s command to love and serve others, sacrificing their time and effort, is a testimony to their deep commitment to ministry.
Praise God! Just as the Samaritan woman in John 4:1-42 became an immediate and effective witness after encountering Jesus, so too have Sister Dora and Sister Wally embraced their calling with passion and dedication. Their achievements in this ministry have not only strengthened their personal faith but have also deepened their desire to reach out to the sick, spreading hope and love.
Hallelujah! May this hospital ministry continue to be a beacon of light, transforming lives and leading many to salvation.
