ICM Zambia Hospital Ministry Bringing Hope and Salvation
Jeremiah 17:14 (NIV):
“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”
Inspired by this powerful verse, on 27th February 2025, Sister Grace and her devoted team stepped into the hospital wards, trusting that God’s healing power would restore both body and spirit. With hearts full of faith and determination, they reached out to those in need, and the impact was profound. Through God’s grace, 7 souls embraced Jesus during this visit.
- Precious: A young teenager on a hospital bed who encountered the transformative power of the gospel, choosing to give her life to Jesus. Her mother, moved by the experience, also joined in prayer and accepted Jesus as her Savior.
- The Man with Severe Stomach Pains: Stricken with debilitating pain and a visibly swollen stomach, he responded with faith, praying the salvation prayer with trust in God’s healing.
- The Man with Kidney Problems: Despite enduring a challenging kidney condition, he welcomed the message of salvation and accepted Jesus without hesitation.
- The Elderly Lady: Even in the midst of pain and struggling to breathe, she opened her heart to the gospel and made a life-changing commitment to Jesus.
These testimonies stand as a testament to God’s miraculous work amid adversity. In a place where despair often lingers, the light of the gospel shone brightly, offering hope, comfort, and renewal.
Sister Grace and her team faithfully followed the lead of the Holy Spirit, ministering with compassion and joy. Their efforts were further bolstered by the participation of hospital health staff who, under Sister Grace’s guidance, joined in proclaiming the gospel—spreading the Word of God throughout the facility.
God is undeniably at work, transforming lives and ushering in His salvation.
As a continual reminder of our calling, we hold fast to Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV): “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Glory to God for the harvest of souls!
