ICM Discipleship Seminar with the Philippine National Police – 8 to 15 September 2025
We are filled with joy for the successful ICM Discipleship Seminar held from 8 to 15 September 2025 in partnership with the Philippine National Police (PNP). This impactful event was led by ICM President Ps. Edwin Marsden, alongside ICM Operations Director Ps. Derwin Philip and ICM Philippines Coordinator Rev. Lumahan Conrado. It was a remarkable experience witnessing God’s transformative power in the lives of over a hundred police officers.

BPAT Eagle Society – Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team
Team BPAT Eagle Society is a training arm specially formed to organize and conduct training courses focused on Strengthening Moral and Spiritual Transformation. This initiative is a partnership between the Philippine National Police (PNP), International Christian Missions (ICM), and BPAT Eagle Society which is designed to support peace and order through spiritual and ethical leadership training within police and community structures.
Training for Moral Recovery and Spiritual Transformation
The seminar kicked off on Day 1, where 104 police officers from 44 municipal and city police stations gathered for intensive training on Moral Recovery and Spiritual Transformation. These officers were introduced to a Biblical framework for both personal and professional growth aimed at bringing healing, ethical development, and spiritual renewal to their lives and work.
Commitment to Christ
On Day 2, we witnessed the beautiful work of the Holy Spirit as many officers responded to the Gospel. Numerous officers committed their lives to Jesus Christ, making the decision to follow Him as His disciples. Their openness and courage to embrace Christ was a powerful reminder of God’s grace and the redemptive power of the Gospel.

Special Leadership Training in La Union Province
We also praise God for the successful Moral Recovery Leadership Seminar held in La Union Province, where 56 police officers gathered at Camp Diego Silang, City of San Fernando. Over two days, they were equipped with leadership skills rooted in Biblical principles, empowering them to lead with integrity, compassion, and wisdom.
New MOU for Continued Discipleship and Community Outreach
We are excited to announce a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ICM and BPAT Eagle Society . This agreement lays the foundation for ongoing discipleship training and community outreach programs strengthening the PNP’s commitment to serve not just with authority, but also to serve God and their communities with Christ-centered values

To God Be the Glory!
This seminar has been a remarkable journey of transformation and commitment. We thank God for the lives that were touched and changed, for the new partnerships, and for the continued work that lies ahead. We also thank everyone who supported this mission in prayer, resources, and partnership.
