Empowering and Celebrating BSIB Graduation at iCM Philippines

ICM’s trip to the Philippines, from June 23 to July 2, was a journey of empowerment, celebration, and spiritual growth. Our ICM representatives, Ps. Derwin and Ps. Tony Phang traveled early in the morning on June 23 to Mindanao to kick start a fruitful journey.

The trip was meticulously planned and structured by our ICM Philippines team, led by Rev. Conrando. This mission includes three graduation ceremonies in Davao City, Valencia City, and Butuan City. Additionally, Rev. Conrando organized a significant meeting with all the ICM trainers—a Mission Leadership Strategic Conference in Davao City. The objective of this conference is not only to strengthen the bonds among ICM trainers but also to refresh and renew our passion for God’s Great Commission. Before returning home, Rev. Conrando has also planned revival meetings in Davao, Bukidnon, and the Tribal Village of Basak in the mountains of Mindanao.

Itinerary:

June 23 (Sunday): Departure to Mindanao.
June 24 (Monday): ICM Graduation in Butuan City.
June 25 (Tuesday): ICM Graduation in Valencia City.
June 26-28 (Wednesday to Friday): ICM Graduation and Mission Leadership Strategic Conference in Davao City.
June 29-30 (Saturday to Sunday): Revival Meetings in Davao, Bukidnon, and Basak.
July 2 (Tuesday): Return to Kuala Lumpur.

We praise God for the successful ICM BSIB Graduations held in Butuan City, Valencia City, and Davao City. A total of around 300 students graduated, each empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve and spread the teachings of Christ. Many inspiring testimonies were shared among the students. The seeds of God’s Great Commission have been sown well in their hearts. For these graduates, the end of their graduation marks the beginning of their journey to focus on and fulfill God’s purpose in their lives. We pray that God will use them mightily and that they will be good shepherds, bringing the Good News to many.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are reminded of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Amen.
