ICM Sarawak Independent Churches (SIC) Mission Conference in Suai, Miri -11 Churches, One Vision
We Reach, We Teach, We Train, We Send
From May 1–3, 2025, ICM Sarawak hosted a Mission Conference in Suai, Miri, bringing together 11 Sarawak Independent Churches (SIC) for a meaningful time of teaching, fellowship, and ministry.
A major highlight of the event was the two nights of Evangelistic and Healing Meetings held at Longhouse Rumah Panjang Juni. These powerful gatherings drew large crowds, with over 300 people attending each night including many residents from the surrounding longhouses. The atmosphere was filled with expectation and openness as hearts were stirred by heartfelt worship led by the New Generation Church team, followed by the preaching of God’s Word by Brother Jimmy Chang.
The message of hope, healing, and salvation deeply touched many lives. During the altar calls, people responded, some for healing, others for personal breakthroughs, and many to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Testimonies of healing and inner transformation began to emerge, showing the tangible work of the Holy Spirit. These meetings not only impacted individuals but also united the local churches and longhouse communities in a renewed desire to pursue God together.
The Mission Conference also included ministry updates from ICM, testimonies of transformation, and encouragement for ongoing discipleship through Bible School in a Backpack (BSIB) classes.
The three-day conference was marked by unity, revival, and a deep desire to see the Gospel impact even the most remote areas. We thank God for the open hearts and the move of the Holy Spirit throughout the conference and evangelistic meetings.
