On November 9, 2023, Kitgum hosted a significant conference tailored for church leaders and pastors from various churches. This gathering aimed to introduce the ICM BSIB program, advocating for its extension to remote and challenging-to-access areas. The objective was clear to illuminate communities in need with the teachings of God, while encouraging pastors to engage in discipleship using the BSIB program within their congregations.

The conference emphasized equipping individuals with the Word of God, nurturing spiritual growth, and fostering stronger faith among believers. It focused on the significance of discipleship, urging attendees to reflect on personal weaknesses and seek repentance, and rededicate their lives to God.

Remarkably, 16 influential leaders and pastors successfully completed the program, each receiving a certificate of completion as recognition for their commitment and dedication.
